(a) This essential government agency aims to evaluate programs, to formulate appropriate recommendations to improve the quality, support institutions in their continuous improvement dynamic, in pursuit of the actions implemented and the development of management tools. Dans ce cadre, j’ai participé à l’expertise d’établissements réalisant des cours en journée mais aussi le soir et à l’élaboration de recommandations et à l’évaluation du suivi des recommandations qualités (2018) Following the evaluation of the quality of the degree of Bachelor Purpose "Technical Graphics" proposed by the High-Schools and Facilities of Belgian Social Promotion (2012) ; writing evaluation reports and a report transversal common to all institutions (http://www.aeqes.be/rapports_details.cfm?documents_id=311) (2013) et présentation du rapport transversal auprès du comité de gestion de l’AEQES (http://www.aeqes.be/agence_composition_comite.cfm) (2013).
(b) Missions : development and modernization of Information Systems (YES), Technologies of Information and Communication (ICT) and the integration of these technologies in teaching (TICE) ; proposal followed contracting projects budget management allocations (about 1 000 000 €) ; Service budget management and human resources allocated (notation, job description, recruitment) ; management of logistics resources (creating buildings, digital means, security policy) ; facilitating meetings and relationships with academic partners ; participation in boards of directors, animation of the Steering Committee of IT Projects, conventions et chartes avec les universités partenaires ; management of IT and telecommunications resources, network architecture and hardware assets and security policy (responsible for the security of information systems (RSSI), corresponding Renater) ; conduct of the tendering procedure in the context of public procurement (CCTP, CCAP) ; développement d’applications et modernisation du site internet et extranet (ENT).
